For society days it is expected that you will make every effort to attend these, however as deposits for green fees are paid in advance, if for any reason you are unable to make a society day, you must notify a committee member at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. If the appropriate notice is not given then you may be liable for costs.

Similarly, once you have accepted a place at all events involving an overnight stay (The Masters, The Players), you have committed to pay the costs involved. You are also solely responsible for finding a replacement in the unlikely event you later discover you cannot attend for whatever reason.
